We believe that design isn’t only about glass and steel, or the way a building looks. It’s also about choosing the right site. We see design as a delicate balancing act that seeks to address aesthetic, social, heritage, statutory, environmental and amenity concerns.

Match Projects is the development division of the group.

Match Projects aims to engage the best designers, architects and builders to deliver projects of the highest quality.

We design our buildings from the end-user out. This means we look at who will be interacting with our buildings and do all we can to accommodate them. Therefore we do not skimp on fixtures and fittings and we create stylish, classic interiors.

We seek to add real value through smart design. We look at maximising natural light, creating outdoor spaces that are actually usable, connecting with the local streetscape and often adding to the amenity of the neighbourhoods in which we build.

Match Securities holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and raises equity funds through Retail and Wholesale schemes for Match developments. Match Securities, by way of its compliance systems and due diligence committee, offers investors the opportunity to participate in the success of our projects through a variety of investment products.

Match Property is the sales and marketing division of the group.

The division seeks to connect Match developments with potential buyers. From the very earliest stages in the process, Match Property provides insight on market trends to Match Projects so that the product being developed can be honed to the needs of the end-purchaser.

We see that this market-focus is taken right through our projects, all the way through to the final marketing campaign. Because of this we are able to boast an extraordinarily high level of off-the-plan pre-sales - in fact many of our projects sell-out before their public release.
